This training discusses the overall program management of a center and includes issues such as Job Descriptions and the developing and maintaining of an effective parent’s handbook.  Topics include tuition agreements, emergency requirements, food programs – including the use of CACFP, increasing enrollment through the use of tours and how to minimize future conflict with clients during the initial enrollment process.
