Product Description

This kit is intended to be a resource kit to aid you in developing an evaluation system for your center.

This kit includes two evaluation methods.

  1. The first format will be discussed in detail in Section 2 of this manual.
  2. The Simple Evaluation is an evaluation that allows each team member to rate themselves and the director. In this format, the one evaluation form will serve every team member. This method opens dialogue between leadership and the team members. The down side of this evaluation format is that team members will use a different scale with which to evaluate themselves. Some will be easy on themselves while others will be rather hard on themselves. A variation of this format could allow the evaluator to judge each team member.
