What is NICCM?

NICCM stands for the National Institute of Child Care Management.  NICCM was established in 1994 to enhance the effectiveness of childcare administrators through management and child development education.  Our Mission is to provide Institute level training and mentoring support to early education business professionals.  While colleges and universities can provide learning in a "school" environment, an institute can provide secondary learning that is provided by specialists in the field who have successfully worked in the area in which they are providing the training.  Most professionals seek this type of interactive training.

Training Cruises!

NICCM is the industry leader in the concept of training at sea!  Each year we plan and lead multiple groups of early education professionals on training events aboard cruise ships.  Not only is this a great environment to receive refreshing and training, this combination also provides an excellent monetary value.

We try to plan the training topics around the needs and interests of the specific group enrolled and we only do training for 4-5 hours on the sea days.
